3. Additional Services: Fees for additional services such as SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, or software licenses are non-refundable.
4. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request through our customer support within the first 15 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after the 15-day period will not be considered.
5. Termination of Services: If you decide to cancel your hosting account after the initial 15-day period, you will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining unused portion of your hosting term.
